But, for example, a trip to the Bahamas or the Dominican Republic will cost more than to Jamaica, Cuba or Haiti. Geographically, the term “Caribbean” includes the Caribbean Sea, and all islands located southeast of the Gulf of Mexico, east of Central America and Mexico, and north of South America.
